All sales are final.
The Project E.V.I.L. sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the files are accessible immediately after payment, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If something doesn't work as described
If a file is missing, corrupted, or the product materially differs from what was described on the sales page, contact us at projectevil@theprojectevil.com and we will make it right. This is not a loophole — it is a straightforward commitment that the product does what it says it does.
What we do not refund
- Purchases where the files were successfully delivered and downloaded
- Purchases based on a change of mind after delivery
- Purchases where the buyer determined the product was not the right fit after reviewing it
European Union
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon delivery.
